He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2001. He has experience in the management of Project Management, Construction Management, Technical Office and Design processes within Tekfen Engineering and Construction, especially in important projects carried out abroad. It is responsible for completing the projects in the desired quality, time, and budget with the right project management. He speaks advanced English and Russian.

He graduated from Boğaziçi University Civil Engineering Department in 2008. In 2011, he completed the Master of Business Administration without Thesis at Ege University. As an engineer who has been involved in both field and office operations of construction companies, he has been working in this field since the first days of BIM's spread around the world. Önder Öztürk, who has been the Head of Boğaziçi University Alumni Association's Izmir Branch since 2016. He speaks English, Italian, and Spanish.
